Qualifications:

Director of Plant Operations Desired Skills & Experience

● Degree required. MBA Preferred

● At least 10-15 years of direct Operations management experience preferably in a food / agriculture / consumer packaged goods environment. We prefer experience in fruits, vegetables, but this is not required.

● Should have progressive ‘Manufacturing Systems’ and Financial/Cost expertise along with a working SOP approach to planning/decision making. HAACP expertise and strong attention to detail in safety and regulatory matters.

● Active supply chain management / systems capability

● Full knowledge of cost modeling, analysis, and related business implications

● Has led / developed successful high involvement employee work environments

School Psychologist

Part-time or full-time school psychologists/neuropsychologists are needed beginning mid-August 2013 to join a friendly, dedicated, and energetic group of professionals who provide special education services in a school of K-HS students. There are a number of positions available that include a combination of roles/responsibilities including: evaluations and/or counseling services for a school in the metro-Boston area (Malden). The evaluations would involve psychoeducational, neuropsychological, attentional, academic, social-emotional, functional-behavioral, and literacy. Providing one-to-one and small group counseling, attending IEP meetings, and participating in parent-teacher consultations may also be required.

Professional Civil Engineer

Desired Skills & Experience
Professional Engineering license recognized by the Kansas Board of Technical Professionals and four years of experience in engineering. Driver’s License is required.

Experience or education in water resource issues is preferred. Education in engineering hydraulics, hydrology, and soil mechanics is strongly preferred. Good written and verbal communications skills are necessary.

Must be physically able to conduct field surveys which involve carrying survey equipment and traversing steep grades. Must be able to travel overnight.
